Student Voice
At McQueen, Student Voice means more than asking for opinions, it’s about truly listening to students and partnering with them to make meaningful change. When students share their ideas and perspectives, they help identify real issues, shape solutions, and take ownership of their school’s success.
By engaging in open conversations and sharing responsibility for decisions, students build leadership skills, support their peers, and strengthen our school community. Student Voice also inspires educators to reflect and bring fresh ideas into their classrooms.
One way we put Student Voice into action is through our Student Advisory Council, a group that represents the student body and works directly with staff to make a positive impact.
Together, we can create a school where every student feels heard, valued, and empowered to lead. Please see Mr. Fitzpatrick, Mr. Lindberg, or Ms. Amundson if you are interested.
